All software prices indicated are for academically priced software. Availability of products subject to confirmation. California residents are required to add 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax on orders from other 49 states in the US. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of order with suitable academic verification if applicable. We accept Credit Card and e-check payments through Paypal. We accept institutional Purchase Orders, subject to approval. All prices exclude shipping charges. Please see Shipping Charges for details. Shipping Rates & Policies:

We ship all orders within the United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) and offer free UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. UPS 2 Day Air Service is available for an additional cost - please email us at CustomerCare@SoftwareDreamer.com to get the exact shipping rate. Our objective is to provide our customers with firm shipping rates on all products.

All orders placed online for all products on our online catalog qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous states.

Orders from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military P.O Boxes will be charged a shipping fee. Please email us at CustomerCare@SoftwareDreamer.com to get the exact shipping rate.

Academic Requirements:

All software prices listed in our catalog are for academically priced software. Proof of academic status required on all orders for academically priced products. No proof of academic status required for non-academic products. We accept and service orders for academically priced software from customers in the United States and Canada. We do not service other countries at this time.

Payments:

We accept all major credit cards, bank money transfers and E-Checks using PayPal. We have decided on using the PayPal service because PayPal transactions are 100% guaranteed against fraud and also assures your order being shipped promptly. Warranty & Returns Policy:

All products are brand new and come with full manufacturer's warranty. SoftwareDreamer.com has a no-questions-asked 7 day refund policy on all computer software products that are returned in a sealed, shrinkwrapped package. Opened software cannot be accepted as returns. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. However, shipping charges (to and from), will be to the account of the customer on all returns.
